Burger Production DVD

Now available for teachers to order FREE is a short DVD resource exploring how beef burgers for a leading fast food chain are manufactured in a state-of-the-art plant capable of producing 700 tonnes of hamburgers per week. This equates to over 15 million regular burgers or 6 million quarter pounders per week!

This DVD is an updated version of Meat Video Magazine 3: Systems and Control, and looks at the application of technology in modern food production.

The burger production footage is now available online in Digi Bites Suite 2.
