Created by EBLEX Ltd*, the Quality Standard beef mince Young Chef Challenge is the ultimate cookery contest, designed to engage and educate students about the importance of good nutrition and cooking.
Check out this site for competition details, inspirational ideas and how to incorporate the competition into the classroom. Successful applicants will be invited to compete in the regional cook-off finals judged by James Martin in December 2008.
